Program Overview

The program implementation is based on project-oriented learning. A special module of the program is dedicated to the development of personality and personal potential of master's students. Inter-university interregional scientific cooperation in the implementation of research projects (jointly with partner universities, with the International Consortium for Personal Potential Development in Education). Master's students are involved in projects and grants in modern scientific laboratories. Active participation in the SfeduNet project-educational intensive. Publications by master's students in leading scientific journals.

Program applicants are bachelor's and specialist degree graduates, working professionals in education, HR, consulting, entrepreneurship, researchers, parents, and self-actualizing individuals.
