Program Overview

The entire program is focused on the practical application of acquired knowledge for organizational and entrepreneurial projects. Team projects focused on student organizations will be selected for implementation, as well as individual organizational projects of each student, accompanied by top experts from the faculty. ?? Integration into the "captain community" in 11 cities of Russia, which implies access to network resources, the ability to hire employees among successful students and graduates of the "Captains" business faculty, attracting investments to the project from program partners; ?? Participation in events to expand cultural horizons and social capital: business excursions, masterminds, business breakfasts, joint theater visits, exhibitions, forums, etc. ?? Classes in the program are focused on exchanging experience, solving real cases of participants and external business partners together with an expert. Research in industries of interest and types of activities (implementing changes in companies, project management, etc.) is provided. The schedule of the educational program is flexible, adapted to the full-time employment of students in organizations and business projects. It is implemented in the mode of short-term full-time modules with inter-module work in an online format (the program is implemented in a blended learning format). The class schedule provides for predominant engagement once a month for 4 full days (one module).
