The program uses practical teaching methods for students, considering current trends in the marketing and communication services market. It uses modern digital technologies on a methodological basis. The program is for every applicant who has a desire to be involved in the sphere of media.
The plan for training is as follows:
- The first-year students take a mix of common education classes and subjects related to general communication.
- The second-year students learn the core subjects of their chosen profession.
- The third-year students create projects and do practices to learn more about their profession and gain skills in advertising and public relations.
- The graduates specialize in the sphere of their future work and are ready to present their diploma thesis.
The curriculum is guided by two main sets of rules. The first set is the Federal Standards of Educational Process and university regulations. The second set is the content requirements. These requirements are in place to ensure that there is a steady high demand for educational services in advertising and public relations. The modules of independent work include developing and implementing a social project each year (from the first to the third year) and writing a course paper on the same topic. For example, a project on the topic "Development of social advertising of anti-tobacco orientation" and a course paper is about "Effectiveness of social advertising (on the example of anti-tobacco campaigns)."
The program combines theoretical and practical education. Students work on projects and conduct research that should be efficient and effective for society.
