Compatriot is a person born in one state (USSR) who has common language, historical, cultural features either a descendant of those persons.
Compatriots may qualify for a Russian government scholarship in full parity with Russian applicants following the entrance examinations.
Foreign citizens may participate in the competetive selection for free education at Russian universities. If you want to receive a Russian government scholarship, register online at Education-in-russia
The competetive selection for study free of charge within the quota is organized by Rossotrudnichestvo’s representational offices in your resident country.
If you pass Rossotrudnichestvo’s tests you are considered enrolled into SFedU.
Foreign applicants may apply to the university on the contract basis and participate in a separate competetive selection.
To achieve it you need to pass mandatory examinations.
You are considered enrolled into SFedU after enrolment contract signature.
Tution fee is indicated in a program's list.
